BIO
Ariel H. Shaynak graduated with a BA in International Relations and Political Science in 1994 from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

She spent time abroad studying International Law in Geneva, Switzerland and Environmental and Human Rights Law in Strasbourg, France.

Ariel was a trial attorney with the Office of the Public Defender in Baltimore for ten years where she represented clients in trials, violations of probation, bail review hearings, detention hearings, and waiver hearings. She has intensive trial work experience with little time for preparation and handled a large case-load in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision.  Whether preparing discovery motions or briefs involving complex legal issues, Miss Shaynak handled all aspects of pre-trial litigation including client, witness and expert interviews, witness preparation and crime scene investigation.

More recently, she has worked with clients in Hollywood, New York, and locally consulting on contract disputes, intellectual property issues, and criminal defense in high profile cases.  In short, Ariel has the experience you need.

Ariel's love of travel has lead her to study multiple languages and because of this, she speaks French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, and Urdu.
